Labyrinth Recruitment is a specialist headhunters / recruitment and resourcing company whose main areas of expertise are Engineering, Medical, Construction and Electronics. When the company first employed us, they asked for a very complex website but also appealing to the general public. Also the desire was to make the site a helping tool for both applicants and employers.

The Challenge

In the world of Internet where a lot of recruiting sites already exist, how could we create yet another recruitment site that would appeal to the target audience: engineers, medical staff and construction workers? Also how could we create two data bases that are connected and that can be used easily by employers and applicants to search and add data?

The Solution

The design is the key
This time we didn't separate the sections visibly. And the design is appealing to the potential users by using adequate pictures and information.

Applicants and Employers
As any professional job recruiting site requires certain tools. For the employer is important to be able to post a job and to search among resumes. For the applicant is important to be able to write a step by step resume and search for jobs and apply to them. We have implemented two databases that are connected and are very easy to use by both the applicant and the employer.

Helpful tips
We also considered that it's important for the users to have access to the newsletter and the information provided by us.

Also given the tools provided to both applicants and employers, they are kept up to date about the activity on the site.
