The site is meant to be a dating site for
teenagers. You can join for free, view profiles,
talk with others, build a community, rate hotties,
build your profile, and upload pictures. When
the owner talked to us about creating the site
the first thing to be considered was the target
audience and the legal issues regarding them.
The Challenge
The main problem we had to address was how to
create a dating website free of porn due to the
target audience. There are enough dating sites
around so how could we make one that will be
appealing to the target audience?
The Solution
The idea
The site is based on the concept of community.
So the user can create a profile, upload pics
to it, search users by profile and rate users.
The data base
All the information gathered from users is stored
in a powerful database easy to use and update
by users and site managers. Plus, we added some
filters to block words that can have any linked
to porn. The majority of users are under legal
age, so this was a must.
The chat rooms and IM
No teenagers' oriented site is complete without
the possibility to use chat rooms and send IM
so we have implemented this option in the website.
Other featuresGiven the target audience the owners believed it
would be interesting to have a Futazi Advice column
that contains: Romance and Sex Tips, Improve your
social life, style and beauty help and college
