Forum A-Z.com's r goal is to provide all resources related to Bulletin Boards and to help Forum owners, administrator seeking information and advice needed to launch, and manage their online Communities. When the owner first talked to us we were told that we needed to create an easy to navigate in but yet very informative site.

The Challenge

How could we create a forum for a forum owner? How could we integrate all the information needed so that a forum owner can find it easily? So how could we divide the sections of the site?

The Solution

The Forum
The whole idea of the site revolves around the forum. First we created the possibility for members to have access to all forum features: profiles, checking private messages and so on. This is accomplished by using a data base to accommodate all information and to provide forum moderators with the ability to delete posts and profiles that are not written according to the Terms of Service.

The Directory
The section we called “Directory” is a collection of links to major forums from the categories mentioned so that the forum owners can have an idea of what is going on in a forum like the one he wants to create.

The Resources
We also believed it is important to offer forum owners free downloadable resources: avatars, smileys, forum themes and forum software.
