Spidersbug was founded by group of students
from Arizona State University. Spidersbug is
known as being a leader in the lending industry.
Founded in 2002, Spidersbug is a subsidiary
of D and E financing. Spidersbug delivers excellent
customer service along with the security of being
part of one of the best mortgage companies in
America.
Spidersbug offers the consumer
a variety of products, including first mortgages,
fixed rate second mortgages, variable equity
lines of credit and no closing cost option equity
seconds. The online capabilities allow the customer
to communicate with knowledgeable loan agents
from home, work or on the road.
Spidersbug also
supports businesses small and large through its
innovative commercial special mortgage programs.
When the company first talked
to us they wanted a very professional web site,
packed with information and ability for clients
to calculate mortgages as well as a free tool
to put a home up for sale.
The Challenge
How could we create a professional site, packed
with information and tools to calculate mortgages?
How could we implement a live chat option? How
could the potential clients put up their own
houses for sale?
The Solution
The design
Professional, yet appealing and full with useful
content! That was the winning idea in this case.
For every type of loan there is a dedicated page,
packed with a lot of useful information and tools
to calculate the mortgage. Also we developed
a tool for the sellers to get the price of their
houses based on the zip code.
The data bases and the tools
The whole site is based on the idea of calculating
the mortgage so the client won't have to go through
the hassle of spending too much time on the phone
or in an office. We created a data base that
would allow calculation and based on the data
input would tell the client the mortgage he will
have to pay.
Additionally we have created another
data base that includes prices for houses based
on zip codes.
Further more, the site is packed
with a lot of useful information and if the client
wants we provided a chat system so that the client
can talk live with a person about their problem. |

the hassle regarding a loan so Spidersbug is a
